I have a hypodynamia and I take the minimal dose of utrogestan. So I was wondering if it’s safe to take a mini pill and what should I take into account? Wait for you answer as soon as possible.

The mini pill contains as Utrogestan, a progesterone hormone. The mini-pill can have an influence on the functioning of the Utrogestan. You need to consult your doctor in this case. Because of lack of information from your med. hystory I can’t answer your question.

I can’t really get a proper answer from my doctor, because she says that I can choose what kind of contraception I want, that’s why I’m really confused about it. So I actually have a normal amount of progesterone hormones but too much estrogen. And as I understood from my doctor mini pill doesn’t contain estrogen so I can choose mini pill

In that case you could chose for Cerazette minipil. Cerazette doesn’t contain estrogen. But Cerazette is also less reliable than other contraception pills because of the lack of estrogen. Since cerazette only contains progesterone hormones, it could effect your progesterone levels. but that remains to be seen
