Wounds and scratches on the glans

After an accident with my zipper, my glans got wounded and there are two scratches on the glans and on the bridle. Every time I urinate, it is becoming really tingling and it hurts. Any advice please?
My apologies in case the terminology is not proper!

I would recommend to visit the GMP, because there is a risk of infections.
The GMP can prescipe a antibacterial cream like Fusidic Acid to avoid infections or inflammations.

If the wounds are closed and there is no swelling or redness, you could use some petroleum jelly (Vaseline) to cover your glans and bridle( Frenulum I presume?)
