So I actually have a normal amount of progesterone hormones but too much estrogen. And as I understood from my doctor mini pill doesn’t contain estrogen so I can choose mini pill
Huisarts.nlIn that case you could chose for Cerazette minipil. Cerazette doesn’t contain estrogen. But Cerazette is also less reliable than other contraception pills because of the lack of estrogen. Since cerazette only contains progesterone hormones, it could effect your progesterone levels. but that remains to be seen
