throat bump

Question

I have a small lump that i can feel right under my but on my upper neck. It feels hard but doesn't hurt. Im scared its a cancerous lump. I am a female of 20 years old. Maybe it is just swollen lymph nodes. Should I be worried?

no i havent been ill, i am not sure how long i had it but i noticed it recently

Sometimes minor infections such as acne or a problem with the gums or teeth can already cause a swollen lymph node. Usually completely innocent. If the lymph node is painful, hard and larger than 1.5 cm in diameter, go to the doctor to see if it is not inflamed.
